Shift Manager

About the role

The role involves leading shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. Shift Managers are responsible for various tasks such as planning shifts, monitoring performance, enforcing standards, managing safety and security, and communicating with the next Shift Manager.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor shifts to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Maintain inventory and manage daily maintenance and cleanliness.
• Ensure food safety and exceptional customer service.
• Manage crew and communicate effectively with the next Shift Manager.
• Meet and exceed targets set for the shift.
• Support Department goals by assisting in meeting targets.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work in a dynamic, energetic atmosphere.
• Age 18 or older.

Qualifications

While not specified, a high school diploma or equivalent is typically required. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

Schedule

Shifts are planned weekly, and the schedule is managed by the Shift Manager.
