Shift Manager

About the role

The role involves leading shifts in a McDonald’s restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not McDonald’s USA. As a Shift Manager, you will ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience every time they visit.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor shifts to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness standards are met.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for their shift.

• Manage inventory and daily maintenance.
