Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain great Quality, Service and Cleanliness.
• Plan for each shift, monitor performance, take action to ensure standards are met, manage safety, security, and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for their shift.
• Meet targets during shifts and assist in meeting Department goals.
• May be responsible for food safety, internal communication, inventory management, daily maintenance and cleanliness, managing crew, quality food production, exceptional customer service, and safety and security.
• Manage scheduling and training.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule and passion for working in the fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager.
