Shift Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversight of shifts weekly to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Leadership of Crew and other Managers during a shift to maintain outstanding Quality, Service and Cleanliness.
• Ensuring adherence to McDonald's food safety and cleanliness procedures.
• Effective communication with Crew and the next Shift Managers to prepare for great shifts.
• Achieving targets and helping departments meet their goals during shifts.
• Maintaining safety, security, inventory, and profitability.
• Scheduling Crew and encouraging high performance during shifts.
• Providing exceptional customer service and quality food production.
• Training new team members on critical job functions.

Qualifications

• Positive team player with a flexible schedule.
• Possess passion for the fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to manage corporate-owned restaurants.
• Previous leadership experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment preferred.
