About the role
The role involves leading shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. Shift Managers are responsible for various tasks such as planning for each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring compliance with McDonald’s standards, managing safety and security, and communicating with the next Shift Manager.
Responsibilities
- Planning and executing shifts to ensure high-quality service
- Maintaining cleanliness and quality of food production
- Ensuring adherence to McDonald’s standards and internal communication
- Managing inventory and daily maintenance
- Supervising and training staff
- Communicating with the next Shift Manager to prepare for their shift
- Meeting and exceeding targets set for the shift
- Helping departments meet their goals
Requirements
- Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule and willingness to adapt to the demands of the job
- Age 18 or older
Qualifications
