About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead shifts to deliver a fast, accurate, and friendly experience to customers.
- Plan and monitor performance during shifts to ensure compliance with McDonald’s standards.
- Manage internal communication, inventory, and daily maintenance.
- Ensure quality food production and exceptional customer service.
- Monitor safety and security protocols.
- Schedule staff and help prepare the next Shift Manager for their shift.
- Meet and exceed targets set for the shift.
- Support departments in achieving their goals.
Requirements
- Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
- A positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility with a willingness to adapt to a demanding schedule.
- Age 18 or older.
Qualifications

Skills
