About the role

The job involves leading shifts in a McDonald’s restaurant, ensuring high-quality service, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction. Shift Managers are responsible for various tasks such as planning shifts, monitoring performance, managing inventory, and maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to deliver a fast, accurate, and friendly experience to customers.
• Plan and monitor performance during shifts to ensure compliance with McDonald’s standards.
• Manage internal communication, inventory, and daily maintenance.
• Ensure quality food production and exceptional customer service.
• Monitor safety and security protocols.
• Schedule staff and help prepare the next Shift Manager for their shift.
• Meet and exceed targets set for the shift.
• Support departments in achieving their goals.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
• A positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility with a willingness to adapt to a demanding schedule.
• Age 18 or older.

Qualifications

While not specified, previous experience in a managerial role within a similar industry is preferred.

Skills
