Shift Manager
Requirements
Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. They provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Shift Managers perform various tasks such as planning for each shift, monitoring performance, taking corrective actions, ensuring safety and security, communicating with the next Shift Manager, and meeting targets. They may also assist in meeting departmental goals.

Responsibilities
Shift Managers are responsible for a wide range of tasks, including food safety, internal communication, inventory management, daily maintenance and cleanliness, managing the crew, quality food production, exceptional customer service, safety and security, and scheduling. They may also be involved in training new employees.
Qualifications
A previous leadership experience, preferably within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment, is preferred. Positive team players with a flexible schedule who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment are ideal candidates.
To be eligible for this role, you must be 18 years or older.
