Shift Manager

Requirements

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Key responsibilities include:

• Planning for each shift
• Monitoring performance during the shift
• Taking action to ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards
• Maintaining safety, security, and profitability
• Communicating with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for their shift
• Maintaining targets during their shift
• Helping assigned Departments meet their goals

Shift Managers may also be responsible for food safety, internal communication, inventory management, daily maintenance and cleanliness, managing crew, quality food production, exceptional customer service, safety and security, and scheduling.

Qualifications

A preference for previous leadership experience within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment is ideal. We seek positive team players with a flexible schedule who enjoy working in the fast-paced McDonald’s environment. Applicants must be 18 years or older to apply for this position.
