Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor shifts to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Train and supervise staff members.
• Meet and exceed departmental targets.
• Communicate effectively with the next shift manager to ensure smooth transitions.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to adapt to the demands of the job.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Skills

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. Familiarity with food safety protocols and inventory management is beneficial.
