Shift Manager

About the role

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. They provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Shift Managers handle various tasks such as planning shifts, monitoring performance, ensuring compliance with McDonald’s standards, managing safety and security, and communicating with the next Shift Manager.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor shifts to ensure efficient service
• Maintain high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness
• Ensure compliance with McDonald’s standards
• Monitor safety and security
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare for their shift
• Meet targets set during their shift
• Help assigned Departments meet their goals

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work in a dynamic workplace
• Must be 18 years or older
