Responsibilities
- Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience.
- Provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts to maintain Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
- Plan for each shift, monitor performance, and take action to meet McDonald’s standards.
- Oversee safety, security, and profitability during shifts.
- Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for a successful shift.
- Help assigned departments meet their goals and targets.
- Manage tasks such as food safety, internal communication, inventory, daily maintenance, crew management, food production, customer service, scheduling, and training.
Requirements
- Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
- Positive team player with a flexible schedule and a passion for working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in a dynamic team and contribute to a fun, energetic workplace.
