Requirements
- Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
- Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain great Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
- Monitor performance during the shift and take action to ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards.
- Maintain safety, security, and profitability during the shift.
- Communicate with the next Shift Manager to help prepare him/her to run a great shift.
- Meet targets during your shifts and help your assigned Departments meet their goals.
- Manage inventory, daily maintenance, and cleanliness.
- Ensure exceptional customer service.
- Manage crew effectively.
- Manage food safety internally.
- Manage quality food production.
- Manage scheduling.
- Train crew members.
Qualifications
- Previous leadership experience, preferably within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
- Positive team player with a flexible schedule.
- Passion for working in the fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
- Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate-owned and operated restaurants.
