Shift Manager
About the role
The role involves leading shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. Shift Managers are responsible for various tasks such as planning shifts, monitoring performance, enforcing quality, service, and cleanliness standards, managing inventory, maintaining cleanliness, overseeing safety and security, and communicating with the next Shift Manager.
Responsibilities
- Planning and executing shifts to ensure high-quality customer service
- Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
- Monitoring and addressing performance issues
- Communicating effectively with the next Shift Manager
- Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
- Managing inventory levels

Requirements
- Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule and willingness to work weekends and evenings
- Age 18 or older
