Shift Manager

About the Role

Shift Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. You’ll provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts to maintain great Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Responsibilities include planning shifts, monitoring performance, ensuring McDonald’s standards, and communicating with the next Shift Manager. You may also help meet shift targets and department goals.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in restaurant, retail, or hospitality
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule
• Passion for working in a fast-paced environment
• Must be 18 years or older
