Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of employees to ensure customer satisfaction, quality product delivery, and operational excellence
- Ensure that all policies and procedures are followed by the company standards
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback on areas for improvement
- Train new hires and existing staff on proper food preparation techniques, safety protocols, and best practices in customer service
- Manage the daily operations of the restaurant, including scheduling shifts, assigning tasks, and monitoring inventory levels to ensure optimal efficiency
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Oversee the opening and closing of the restaurant, ensuring that all equipment is properly shut down and secured
- Develop strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings
- Create weekly reports detailing sales figures, labor costs, and other key metrics
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a supervisory role is preferred, but not required
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, overnights, and weekends
- Valid driver's license
Skills
- Sales and Marketing: ability to generate revenue, sell products and services, and develop marketing strategies to promote the establishment
- Leadership: supervising and directing team members, ensuring tasks are completed correctly and safely, training new employees and delegating tasks
- Conflict Resolution: ability to de-escalate situations, handle customer complaints, and help employees work through disagreements
- Staff Training: providing clear instructions, constructive feedback, and familiarity with company training programs
- Inventory Management: tracking supplies and materials, knowing what is needed, when to order, and how to order
Pay
Starting at $14.00 to $16.00 per hour. Hourly starting wage depends on experience and shift.
