Shift Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor shifts to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness
• Maintain safety, security, and profitability
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare for their shift
• Meet and help meet departmental targets
• Manage inventory, food production, and daily maintenance
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
• Train new employees and assist in their development

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be 18 years or older

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
