Shift Manager

About the role

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Plan for each shift, monitor performance, take corrective actions, ensure compliance with McDonald’s standards, manage safety and security, and communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare for their shift.
• Meet targets during shifts and assist in achieving departmental goals.
• Perform tasks such as Food Safety, Internal Communication, Inventory Management, Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness, Managing Crew, Quality Food Production, Exceptional Customer Service, Safety and Security, Scheduling, and Training.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to qualify as a manager in corporate-owned and operated restaurants.

Pay & Schedule

The starting pay range is $17.00 to $18.99 per hour.
