About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience.
- Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
- Plan for each shift, monitor performance, take corrective actions, ensure compliance with McDonald’s standards, manage safety and security, and communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare for their shift.
- Meet targets during shifts and assist in achieving departmental goals.
- Perform tasks such as Food Safety, Internal Communication, Inventory Management, Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness, Managing Crew, Quality Food Production, Exceptional Customer Service, Safety and Security, Scheduling, and Training.
Requirements
- Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
- Positive team player with a flexible schedule and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be 18 years or older to qualify as a manager in corporate-owned and operated restaurants.

Pay & Schedule
The starting pay range is $17.00 to $18.99 per hour.

Shifts are typically scheduled based on the needs of the restaurant and the individual’s availability.
