Requirements
Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. They provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards. Shift Managers perform various tasks such as planning for each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring compliance with McDonald’s standards, managing safety and security, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for their shift. They may also be responsible for meeting targets and supporting Department goals.
Shift Managers should have previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting. Positive team players with a flexible schedule and enthusiasm for the fast-paced environment are preferred.
Applicants must be 18 years or older to apply for management positions in corporate-owned and operated McDonald’s restaurants.
