About the role

The role involves leading shifts in a fast-paced restaurant environment, ensuring quality, service, and cleanliness, and managing various aspects of the restaurant operation.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor shifts to ensure high-quality service and cleanliness.
• Maintain safety and security protocols.
• Communicate effectively with the next shift manager to prepare for their shift.
• Meet and exceed targets set for the shift.
• Support departments in achieving their goals.
• Manage inventory and daily maintenance.
• Ensure food safety and quality production.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Train new employees and enhance existing skills.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
• A positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility with a willingness to adapt to the unique demands of a restaurant.
• Must be 18 years or older to qualify as a manager.
