Shift Manager

Requirements

• Lead shifts every week
• Maintain great Quality, Service and Cleanliness for customers
• Perform various tasks such as planning for shifts, monitoring performance, ensuring compliance with McDonald’s standards, managing safety and security, and communicating with the next Shift Manager
• Meet targets during shifts and assist in meeting department goals
• Manage inventory, daily maintenance, and cleanliness
• Ensure exceptional customer service
• Manage crew and handle food safety
• Manage scheduling and train crew members

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule and willingness to have fun
• Must be 18 years or older
