Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain great Quality, Service and Cleanliness.
• Plan for each shift, monitor performance, take action to meet McDonald’s standards, manage safety, security, and profitability.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them for their shift.
• Meet targets during shifts and assist in meeting department goals.
• Ensure food safety, manage inventory, conduct daily maintenance and cleanliness, oversee quality food production, and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Manage crew and handle scheduling.
• Train new employees.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• A positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A flexible schedule and a passion for working in the McDonald’s environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be considered for this role.
