Responsibilities

As a Shift Manager, you lead shifts every week, making sure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit. You provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great Quality, Service and Cleanliness to customers. You may also be responsible for meeting targets during your shifts and for helping your assigned Departments meet their goals.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule
• Passion to work in a famously fast-paced environment
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager

Pay

Beginning at $16.75 per hour, with the ability to discuss based on experience.
