Working at a Mueller Family McDonald’s location is more than just burgers and fries! Shift Leader positions start at $14.50/hour plus a $2/hourly attendance bonus. All Shift Leaders are eligible for a $1/hour pay increase after completion of the Shift Leadership Training program within 9 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great Quality, Service, and Cleanliness
• Plan for each shift, monitor performance, and take action to ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them to run a great shift
• Meet targets during shifts and help assigned departments meet their goals

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment (training provided for the right candidate)
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be 18 years or older
• Availability for weekends and some holidays
