Shift Manager
This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not McDonald’s USA. The franchisee is a separate company and employer responsible for all employment matters at the restaurant.
About the Role
Shift Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. You’ll provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts to maintain high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Responsibilities include planning shifts, monitoring performance, ensuring safety and profitability, and communicating with the next shift manager to prepare them for success.
Shift Managers may also help meet targets during their shifts and support assigned departments in achieving their goals.

Requirements
- Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment
- Positive team player with a flexible schedule
- Passion for working in a fast-paced environment
- Must be 18 years or older
