Shift Manager

About the role

The role involves leading shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. Shift Managers are responsible for a variety of tasks including planning for each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring compliance with McDonald’s standards, managing safety and security, and communicating with the next Shift Manager.

Responsibilities

• Planning and executing shifts to ensure high-quality service
• Maintaining cleanliness and quality of food production
• Ensuring adherence to McDonald’s standards and policies
• Communicating effectively with the team and the next Shift Manager
• Monitoring and addressing safety and security concerns
• Managing inventory and daily maintenance
• Assisting in meeting departmental goals

Requirements

• Previous McDonald’s leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities
• Flexibility with a willingness to adapt to a dynamic work environment
• Age 18 or older

Pay

• Shift Managers can earn between $19.50 and $28.00 per hour
• Total annual earnings range from $40,560 to $58,420
