Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor shifts to ensure high-quality service and cleanliness.
• Enforce McDonald’s standards and address any issues promptly.
• Communicate with the next shift manager to prepare for their shift.
• Manage inventory and conduct employee training sessions.
• Ensure safety and security protocols are followed.
• Report back on the team’s performance and delegate tasks effectively.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Positive attitude and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Skills

Strong customer service skills, effective communication, and the ability to handle fast-paced environments are essential. Leadership qualities and a commitment to excellence and safety are also required.
