Shift Manager

About the role

The role involves leading shifts every week to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. Shift Managers are responsible for various tasks such as planning for each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring quality, service, and cleanliness, managing inventory, maintaining daily maintenance and cleanliness, managing crew, ensuring food safety, communicating with the next Shift Manager, and meeting targets and department goals.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor shifts to ensure high-quality service and cleanliness.
• Maintain inventory levels and manage daily maintenance and cleanliness.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with the next Shift Manager to prepare for the following shift.
• Manage crew and ensure they meet McDonald’s standards.
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability during the shift.
• Help departments meet their goals and targets.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
• Positive attitude and a passion for working in a fast-paced environment.
• A flexible schedule and the ability to work weekends and evenings.
• Must be 18 years or older to be considered for this role.

Qualifications
