About the role

Shift Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. They monitor performance, enforce McDonald’s standards, manage safety and security, and communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for their shift.

Responsibilities

• Plan for each shift
• Maintain performance during the shift
• Ensure team meets McDonald’s standards
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager
• Meet targets during shifts
• Help assigned Departments meet goals

Requirements

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment
