About the role
Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience at each visit. They provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Plan for each shift
- Maintain performance during the shift
- Take actions to ensure team meets McDonald’s standards
- Monitor safety, security, and profitability
- Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for their shift
- Meet targets during their shifts
- Help assigned Departments meet their goals
Requirements
- Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment
- Positive team player with a flexible schedule
- Passion for working in the fast-paced McDonald’s environment
- Must be 18 years or older to manage in corporate-owned restaurants
