Shift Manager

About the role

The role involves leading shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. Shift Managers are responsible for a variety of tasks including planning for each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring quality, service, and cleanliness, managing inventory, maintaining safety and security, and communicating with the next Shift Manager.

Responsibilities

• Planning and monitoring performance during the shift
• Maintaining quality, service, and cleanliness standards
• Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
• Communicating with the next Shift Manager to prepare for their shift
• Meeting and helping departments meet their targets
• Managing crew and handling scheduling
• Performing daily maintenance and cleanliness checks
• Training new employees

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting
• A positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility with a willingness to adapt to various schedules
• Age 18 or older
