Shift Manager

Requirements

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift.
• Maintain performance during the shift to ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards.
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to help prepare him/her for the shift.
• Meet targets during their shifts and assist in meeting department goals.
• Manage inventory, food safety, daily maintenance, and cleanliness.
• Ensure quality food production and exceptional customer service.
• Manage crew and handle scheduling.
• Perform training as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience, preferably within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule.
• Passion for working in the fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate-owned and operated restaurants.

Pay

$16.50 - $18.50 per hour based on experience and schedule flexibility.
