SHIFT MANAGER

About the role

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. They provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Shift Managers handle various tasks such as shift planning, performance monitoring, safety and security oversight, and communication with the next Shift Manager.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor shifts to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Maintain high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Monitor and address safety and security concerns.
• Communicate effectively with the next Shift Manager to ensure a smooth transition.
• Meet and exceed performance targets set by the franchisee.
• Support the assigned Departments in achieving their goals.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility with a willingness to adapt to a varied schedule.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers.
• Must be 18 years or older to manage in a corporate-owned restaurant.
