Shift Manager
About the Role
Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience every visit. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, including planning for each shift, monitoring performance, taking action to meet McDonald’s standards, ensuring safety and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager.
Shift Managers may also help meet targets during their shifts and assist assigned Departments in achieving their goals.

Requirements
- Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
- Positive team player with a flexible schedule who enjoys a fast-paced environment.
- Must be 18 years or older.
