Shift Manager

Requirements

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain great Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Monitor performance during the shift, take action to ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards, and manage safety, security, and profitability.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them for their shift.
• Meet targets during your shifts and assist in helping assigned Departments meet their goals.
• May be responsible for Food Safety, Internal Communication, Inventory Management, Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness, Managing Crew, Quality Food Production, Exceptional Customer Service, Safety and Security, and Scheduling.
• Manage staff and help with training.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience, preferably within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule who enjoys working in the fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in a corporate-owned and operated McDonald’s restaurant.
