The role involves leading shifts in a fast-paced environment, ensuring quality, service, and cleanliness, managing inventory, and maintaining a safe and secure workplace.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to deliver a fast, accurate, and friendly customer experience.
• Plan and monitor performance during shifts to meet McDonald’s standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness.
• Communicate effectively with the next shift manager to prepare for their shift.
• Manage crew and departments to meet targets and goals.
• Perform daily maintenance and cleaning tasks.
• Train new employees and enhance existing skills.
• Handle inventory management and scheduling.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to adapt to the demands of the job.
• Must be 18 years or older.
