About the role

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience at each visit. They provide leadership to the crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Plan for each shift
• Maintain performance during the shift
• Take action to ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for their shift
• Meet targets during their shifts
• Help assigned Departments meet their goals
• Manage inventory, daily maintenance, and cleanliness
• Ensure quality food production
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Manage crew
• Manage food safety
• Manage internal communication
• Manage scheduling
• Train crew members

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule and willingness to have fun
• Must be 18 years or older
