Requirements
Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. They provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Shift Managers perform various tasks such as planning for each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring compliance with McDonald’s standards, managing safety and security, and communicating with the next Shift Manager. They may also be responsible for meeting targets and supporting Department goals.
As a Shift Manager, you may be responsible for:
A previous leadership background, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting, is preferred. We seek positive team players with a flexible schedule who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
You must be 18 years or older to apply for this position. Applicants must be able to work a flexible schedule.
