- Provide leadership to Crew and other Managers during a shift to maintain outstanding Quality, Service, and Cleanliness
- Supervise food safety and cleanliness procedures to meet McDonald's standards
- Communicate effectively with Crew and next Shift Managers to prepare for seamless shift transitions
- Achieve targets during shifts and help departments meet their goals
- Monitor safety, security, inventory, and profitability
- Manage Crew schedules and encourage high performance during shifts
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure quality food production
- Train new team members on critical job functions
