Shift Manager

Responsibilities

As a Shift Manager, you will lead shifts every week to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. Your responsibilities may include:

• Planning and monitoring performance during shifts to meet McDonald’s standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness
• Taking action to ensure team success, including safety, security, and profitability
• Communicating with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for their shift
• Meeting targets during shifts and helping assigned departments achieve their goals
• Overseeing food safety, internal communication, inventory management, and daily maintenance
• Managing crew, ensuring quality food production, and delivering exceptional customer service
• Training and scheduling team members

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule and a passion for working in a fast-paced environment
• Must be 18 years or older
