Responsibilities
- Providing leadership to the restaurant team to consistently meet standards of superior guest service, quality and cleanliness
- Maintains a safe work environment, adhering to all established food and safety guidelines
- Able to step in and assist with other restaurant functions such as cashier or cleaning, per management direction, or any other duties assigned
- Ensures the restaurant is in full compliance to all local, state and federal regulations to include health regulations, hour and wage regulations, age restrictions, fair employment practices, ADA and any other appropriate regulations required for the legal operation of the business
- Participates in interviewing, hiring, training and disciplining employees under the guidance of the GM
Qualifications
- Must be 18 or older to apply
- Able to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Previous restaurant, fast food, or retail experience preferred
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs when necessary
