About the role
The Shift Manager is responsible for providing leadership coverage and managing store operations in the absence of the Store Director and Assistant Store Director.
Responsibilities
- Receive merchandise according to company policies and procedures
- Prepare product to go out to the floor for merchandising
- Efficiently and effectively break down deliveries
- Stock shelves and build displays with packaged products
- Greet guests on the salesfloor and assist them with finding items
- Provide guidance and direction to team members throughout the store to ensure smooth operation during the shift
