About the role

As a Shift Manager at Buffalo Wild Wings, you will supervise the operation of the restaurant on a shift‑by‑shift basis. You will also assist the management team in providing support and coaching team members to ensure tasks are performed effectively, helping create legendary experiences for guests.

Responsibilities

• Supervise restaurant operations during assigned shifts.
• Assist the management team with support and coaching of team members.
• Ensure tasks are performed effectively and efficiently.
• Help create legendary guest experiences.

Requirements

• Preferably 2 years of restaurant or bar experience.
• Minimum legal age to serve alcoholic beverages (or higher, per applicable law).
• Exceptional time‑management, attention‑to‑detail, and guest‑service skills.
