Shift Manager

About the role

As a Shift Manager, you will help operate the restaurant on a day-to-day basis, ensuring that every shift runs smoothly. You’ll support the management team and assist team members through performance and training initiatives. Your ability to provide exceptional customer service will keep customers coming back.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• At least six months of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Proven examples of providing exceptional customer service.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.

Pay

The base hourly pay range for this position is $15.00–$17.00. Actual placement within this range will vary based on factors such as experience, education, training, and location. Hourly rates may also vary based on state or local minimum wage requirements. Hourly team members are eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law and company policy.
