Shift Manager

About the role

You will help operate the restaurant on a day-to-day basis as a Shift Manager. You will help the management team, ensuring that every shift operates smoothly. You’ll also help team members through performance and training initiatives. Your ability to provide exceptional customer service will keep customers coming back for more.

Responsibilities

As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth shifts, and providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• At least six months of restaurant or retail management experience
• Impressive examples of providing exceptional customer service
• At least 18 years of age
• Eligible to work in the U.S.

Pay

The base hourly pay range is $14.27 - $19.56. Actual placement within this range will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, and location. Hourly rates may vary based on state/local minimum wage requirements. Hourly team members will be eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law and Inspire Brands policy.
