Shift Manager and Shift Leads

About the role

Linders' Family McDonalds is seeking new Shift Managers to lead weekly shifts, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor shifts to ensure great Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for their shift.
• Ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards for safety, security, and profitability.
• Meet and help meet departmental targets during shifts.
• Manage food safety, inventory, daily maintenance, and cleanliness.
• Train new employees and manage the crew.
• Manage customer service and handle exceptional situations.

Requirements

Previous leadership experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment is preferred. Positive team player attitude and flexibility are key.
