Shift Manager and Shift Leads

About the role

Linders' Family McDonalds is seeking new Shift Managers to lead weekly shifts, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor each shift to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare for their shift.
• Ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards for food safety, inventory management, daily maintenance, and cleanliness.
• Manage crew and help departments meet their goals.
• May be responsible for scheduling, internal communication, and training.

Requirements

Previous leadership experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment is preferred, but not required. Positive team player with a flexible schedule and passion for the fast-paced McDonald’s environment are key qualities.
