Shift Manager and Shift Leads

About the role

Linders' Family McDonalds is seeking new Shift Managers to lead weekly shifts and ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor each shift to ensure great Quality, Service, and Cleanliness for customers.
• Take action to ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards.
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability during the shift.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them for their shift.
• Meet targets during your shift and assist in meeting Department goals.
• Ensure food safety, manage inventory, conduct daily maintenance and cleanliness, and train the team.
• Manage the team effectively and provide exceptional customer service.
• Manage the schedule and communicate with the team about upcoming shifts.

Requirements

Previous leadership experience within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment is preferred, though not required. We are looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule who enjoy working in the fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
