Shift Manager and Shift Leads
About the role
Linders' Family McDonalds is seeking new Shift Managers to lead weekly shifts and ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience.
Responsibilities
- Plan and monitor each shift to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for their shift.
- Meet targets and help departments meet their goals during shifts.
- Manage food safety, inventory, daily maintenance, and cleanliness.
- Train and manage the crew effectively.
- Ensure compliance with McDonald's standards regarding safety, security, and profitability.
Requirements
Previous leadership experience within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment is preferred, but not required. We are looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule who enjoy working in the fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
