About the role

Linders' Family McDonalds is seeking new Shift Managers to lead weekly shifts and ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan for each shift
• Maintain performance during the shift
• Ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for their shift
• Meet targets during their shifts
• Help assigned Departments meet their goals
• Manage food safety
• Handle internal communication
• Manage inventory
• Perform daily maintenance and cleanliness
• Manage crew
• Ensure quality food production
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Ensure safety and security
• Schedule shifts
• Train new employees

Requirements

Previous leadership experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment is preferred. Positive team player with a flexible schedule and passion for the fast-paced McDonald’s environment are required.
