Shift Manager and Shift Leads

About the role

Linders' Family McDonalds is seeking new Shift Managers to lead weekly shifts and ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan for each shift and monitor performance during the shift
• Ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them for their shift
• Meet targets during their shifts and help assigned Departments meet their goals
• Manage inventory, daily maintenance, and cleanliness
• Manage crew and handle food safety
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Manage scheduling and training

Requirements

Previous leadership experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment is preferred, but not required. We are looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule who enjoy working in the fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
